With an impressive architectural career spanning Europe, Asia, and Australia for over 35 years, Robert possesses a wealth of expertise in various fields, including affordable housing, residential, seniors living, and high-end single dwelling projects. His extensive experience encompasses both public and private sectors, as well as charitable endeavours.

In the past 30 years with ThomsonAdsett, Gavin has worked across most architectural disciplines. Early into his career, he found a passion for the health sector, specialising his craft through his involvement in several significant private and public projects across all phases from project definition plan generation through to trade package documentation and site inspections.

Alex is a registered architect with more than 25 years’ experience in visualisation and 20 years’ experience as an architectural and interior designer and a project coordinator. He has a longstanding commitment to lead ThomsonAdsett’s design and visualisation nationally.

Pino’s focus has been primarily on seniors living projects, he has gained a deep understanding of the factors that influence this sector. Pino’s approach to architecture goes beyond meeting the clients’ requirements; he aims to create designs that also positively shape social behaviours and provide functional, safe, and enjoyable spaces for the end users of the buildings.

Katharina has practised as an architect for over 20 years and is experienced in a broad range of project types, complexities and scales across new builds and refurbishment/heritage projects.
