Located in a central CBD high-rise tower, ThomsonAdsett crafted a fresh, flexible workplace for a government department, designed to host both permanent and visiting team members. Drawing inspiration from the southeast Queensland environment, the space includes flexible workstations, versatile meeting rooms, plenty of storage, and amenities for around 100 staff. With a warm, minimal, and inviting vibe, the design is a modern take on the Queensland landscape. Using natural and sustainable materials, the space feels both welcoming and eco-friendly, encouraging a collaborative and empowered work culture. The human-centred design prioritizes flexibility and collaboration, creating an open and comfortable environment. This results in an agile workspace where employees can move freely and choose the best spot for their tasks.

Focused on wellness and sustainability, the design incorporates biophilic elements and sustainable practices, supporting both the users and the planet. This innovative approach makes the office more than just a place to work it’s a dynamic space that grows and adapts with its users’ needs.
