ThomsonAdsett was recently appointed to design the refurbishment of the Solomon Islands National Provident Fund (SINPF) Head Office Building and the Anthony Saru Building, following our master planning work.
These projects will revitalise the two most significant commercial office buildings in the Solomon Islands. As a result, SINPF will be able to regain commercial rents, which will provide a stable flow of capital to fund future projects set out in the master plan.
When complete, these buildings will house South Pacific Oil, banks, major legal firms and government departments, while acting as the head office for SINPF itself.
Construction is expected to be completed in 2019.
