Gavin’s experience includes presentations to key stakeholder committees, managing a project’s health planning and interiors personnel, liaising with other architects in association, leading user group meetings at all stages of project phases, as well as collaboration across design disciplines to achieve spaces that are uplifting, healing, and functional.

Gavin has also been involved in assessments of existing hospital facilities and produced redevelopment options for preliminary master planning studies that will guide future campus improvements.

Gavin has a working knowledge of BIM methodologies and requirements, and therefore understands how BIM requirements can impact documentation strategies. As the firm’s former practice director, Gavin has a thorough understanding of the value and the implementation of quality management systems and how they assist to deliver excellent outcomes for the client.
