Alex is a registered architect with more than 25 years’ experience in visualisation and 20 years’ experience as an architectural and interior designer and a project coordinator. He has a longstanding commitment to lead ThomsonAdsett’s design and visualisation nationally.

With more than 30 years of award-winning design expertise, Lachlan brings an unparalleled level of educational facility knowledge and skill to ThomsonAdsett’s senior leadership team.

As Pino’s focus has been primarily on seniors living projects, he has gained a deep understanding of the numerous factors that influence this sector. Pino’s approach to architecture goes beyond meeting the clients’ requirements; he aims to create designs that also positively shape social behaviours and provide functional, safe, and enjoyable spaces for the end users of the buildings.

Over the past 30 years with ThomsonAdsett, Gavin has worked across most architectural disciplines. Early into his career, he found a passion for the health and education sectors, specialising his craft through his involvement in several significant private and public projects across all phases from project definition plan generation through to trade package documentation and site inspections.

Naomi Herzog is an accomplished business development professional with over a decade of dedicated experience in the world of property. With a comprehensive understanding spanning the entire property life cycle, from inception to completion, Naomi brings a wealth of expertise to the table.

With over 45 years’ experience in the retail industry, Tony has successfully delivered more than 250 projects working with developers and retailers across Australia.

Chris is a chartered accountant with a boutique consultancy where he focuses on governance and strategic financial management.

Wayne is a registered architect, partner and ThomsonAdsett’s Practice Director. He has over 30 years of experience in architectural practice, with the last 20 years working solely on health and aged care projects throughout Australia and the Asia-Pacific region.
