Our design for the high-quality, independent living building seamlessly integrates with the existing St Vincent’s Care Services site.

The apartments are high quality, five-star accommodation with a clear focus on providing an independent lifestyle for residents.

The design is flexible, and allows for differing levels of care, so residents are able to stay in their apartments once they require more assistance.

A new internal public piazza links the new building with the existing site, and provides an active communal zone for residents to enjoy.
