ThomsonAdsett’s Interiors team was engaged by Japara to provide full furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FFE) specification services for their new Robina Rise Aged Care Home.

The new facility comprises five levels including a mix of independent living units, care units, community spaces for residents and visitors, and staffing areas. Our commission included all aspects of the FFE scope – the selection, procurement and on-site delivery and placement of furniture, window furnishings, styling and décor, linen, artwork and planting.

ThomsonAdsett’s Interiors team worked closely with Japara and the incumbent architects to create a cohesive design and FFE package throughout all areas that captured the unique locality of Robina and the Gold Coast region. The selection of FFE also incorporated a strong wayfinding strategy using theming and colours per level to assist residents to navigate through the facility.
