Elizabeth Jenkins Place

Our design for the aged care facility involves a cluster of seven houses, each accommodating 18 residents.

The homes are arranged are the social and communal hub of the site, which is a secure and active streetscape.

The design is homely, and heavily focused on residents, leaving all administrative and catering areas as back-of-house, and located away from communal hubs.

Beautifully-landscaped areas and the boardwalk, herb garden and putt-putt course offer active living for residents, while encouraging staff and families to interact with the facility and each other.
