The Bondi Penthouse extension is designed to complement and differentiate from its existing frame – a 1920s apartment block common to the area.
To create a barrier against the harsh marine environment, we used high-quality, durable materials that withstand corrosion and damage.
Spectacular outlooks are framed by the bold curves in the façade, which was created using both glass and steel, to maximise ocean views.
Originally a simple 60m2 extension, the project became more complex in scope as the client purchased additional apartments in the block.
