A modern, visually-appealing dining precinct

ThomsonAdsett worked with 151 Property to improve the dining and entertainment options at Strathpine Shopping Centre. This project raises the centre’s presence along the main arterial road and creates a fresh new look for the centre.

The new ground level external dining precinct adjacent to the existing food court includes multiple restaurants and al fresco areas, plus a new feature stair for access between floors.

The first floor provides additional new dining options, a refreshed centre entry from the car park, and a laneway connection to the existing cinemas.

An impressive kids‘ playground helps define this family-friendly environment, while the upper level tavern offers stunning views to the Great Dividing Range over the dining areas below.

The project has been carried out in a considered and cost-effective manner while not compromising design to maximise the investment for the client and to improve the centre’s financial performance.
