Over 3800m2 of specialist medical floor space
Noosa Health Precinct will provide over 3800m2 of specialist medical floor space including cancer treatment. Located near the Noosa Civic shopping area, the health precinct will provide radiation oncology, medical imaging and pharmacy as well as consulting medical suites. Negotiations with other medical tenants are currently underway as the design continues to develop.
ThomsonAdsett is the architect for the overall building. This project brings together ThomsonAdsett’s experience designing efficient commercial buildings as well as our experience in the design of health tenancies. The project has been lodged for development approval.
