A new ‘home’ for netball in Queensland.
The Queensland State Netball Centre, known commercially as Nissan Arena, is a purpose-built, eight-court indoor facility that supports both elite and grassroots sport. It serves as the Brisbane Bullets’ secondary venue, complementing the Brisbane Entertainment Centre, and provides a dynamic, high-energy game-day experience for fans.
Nissan Arena is also home to the Queensland Firebirds and the administrative headquarters for Netball Queensland, supporting one of the country’s largest participation sports. Its flexible design allows it to host a wide range of events — from local competitions to international fixtures — across both netball and basketball.
With a strong focus on access and community engagement, Nissan Arena is a destination that inspires players, coaches, administrators, and supporters alike. Whether it’s elite basketball, professional netball, or junior weekend sport, the arena offers a vibrant, inclusive space that reflects the future of indoor sport in Queensland.
