An upgrade and extension to an existing neighbourhood shopping centre in Milton Village, Brisbane

Milton Village Shopping Centre has now been successfully
upgraded and expanded, delivering a Coles Local supermarket
and Liquourland formerly occupied by an IGA supermarket.
Designed by ThomsonAdsett, the building features suspended
slabs with in-situ beams and metal decking between spans.
The redevelopment represents a contemporary architectural
design that improves activation and surveillance of Baroona
Road. The upgrade also includes key modifications to the
existing basement car parking and first floor to support the
larger supermarket, enhancing both functionality and the overall
customer experience.
