Strategic advisory and planning for a new dementia village

ThomsonAdsett has had a longstanding and ongoing relationship with the Heathcote community.

An extension of this bond is our masterplan that proposes a new dementia village in the heart of the township that will be known as Gilbruk Place.

Gilbruk Place will be central to positioning this precinct as a compassionate care community. This project will evolve into a substantial town employer, promote respite tourism, and provide care in a bush-inspired model of care.
