Bannockburn Village Shopping Centre

A new shopping experience for the community in a growing region. The alfresco area provides locals with an ambient dining experience.

ThomsonAdsett has designed and delivered another neighbourhood shopping centre and supermarket for Fabcot, Woolworths’ own in-house retail property development division.

Bannockburn Village Shopping Centre includes a modern, full-line 3300m2 Woolworths supermarket with dedicated facilities to service the growing popularity of online ordering. Locals will also benefit from nine specialty stores including a BWS liquor store, coffee shop, and boutique nail bar, along with a new medical centre and dental surgery. The development also features a mural by indigenous artist, Casey Coolwell-Fisher.

With fresh food, convenience and value as the cornerstones, the centre will provide a new shopping experience for the community.

ThomsonAdsett proudly supports Fabcot’s commitment to reduce its impact on the environment and operate more sustainably, so the new Woolworths store has been fitted out with LED lights to reduce power usage, plus carbon-efficient refrigeration and air-conditioning systems.

With solar panels and rainwater harvesting included to reduce the environmental impact, the centre is on target to achieve a 4 Star Green Star development rating by the Green Building Council of Australia.
