Future-proofing Ripley Valley’s growth, Stockland Providence evolves with new retail and future stages to remain a vibrant community hub

ThomsonAdsett designed Stockland Providence Town Centre; a
vibrant retail and community hub in Ripley Valley, focused on
connection, convenience and long-term growth. Spanning over
8,000sqm, it includes a Coles supermarket, early learning centre,
health and wellness tenancies, dining and takeaway options and
a main street designed for markets and community gathering.

The town centre is strategically integrated with surrounding
schools, housing and services to create a central place for daily
life, shopping and social interaction. Future stages will introduce
additional retail and community offerings, supporting the
ongoing growth of one of Queensland’s fastest-growing regions.

Sustainability was a key focus of the development, with
Stockland targeting a 5 Star Green Star rating. Initiatives include
a large‑scale 440kVA rooftop solar system paired with a 770kW
battery, supporting more efficient energy use.

Construction was completed in May 2026, with ThomsonAdsett
involved from concept through to novation to the builder, working
with Badge Constructions.
