A unique, vibrant and elevated office refurbishment

Located in a central CBD high rise tower, ThomsonAdsett created
a modern flexible workplace to house a government department
consisting of permanent and visiting team members. Designed
to reflect the surrounding Western Australia environment, the
design and finishes are based on the theme of the open road,
reflecting the unique geography and landscapes of the region.

The space consists of a half floor plan of flexible working points,
meeting rooms, storage and staff amenities for approximately 50
staff.

The overall look and feel are designed to create an adaptable,
engaging and creative work environment. Creating a space that
feels familiar and warm environment for staff and visitors alike.
The final layout and design takes advantage of the depth of
natural light and expansive views of the Swan River and beyond
