Lance is an architectural leader, with considerable experience managing and designing buildings for every level of government and their associated departments and institutions. He has been instrumental in leading many successful projects from design inception, through to handover. Lance’s particular strength has been technical detailing for all aspects of building design with a particular passion for complex structures, envelopes and façades.
