Patrick has had experience on a wide array of projects both locally and overseas. He has worked on projects in disciplines including Retirement Living, Aged Care, Corporate fit-outs, Commercial, light Industrial and Residential developments, Resorts and Urban Design.
His experience in Melbourne has been with prominent corporate-style architectural offices. Whilst overseas he worked with a prominent architectural design practice, and was the recipient of numerous national and international design awards.
He has effective communication skills and an ability to resolve complex needs of clients and end users. He also has a well-rounded knowledge of the property industry; residential as well as corporate. Combined with an understanding of commercial realities borne from over 20 years in the industry, his works have been
commercially successful whilst retaining a high level of design integrity.
