Showrooms and Bulky Goods Outlets

Successful showroom and bulky goods outlet developments are designed to maximise the footprint of the building whilst maintaining shopfront exposure and creating a plan proportion that allows ease and flexibility for leasing and tenant adaptability in the future.

Achieving customer amenity is another important dimension. Ease of vehicular access from the surrounding road system, legible customer carpark layout and flow, ease of accessibility between car and shopfront / deck for movement of customer goods and segregation of service vehicles from customer carpark flow are some of the critical factors we account for in these developments.

Signage is a critical element and great attention is given to the placement and scale of signage zones on the building and pylon design to allow tenants to maximise their presentation.

We have successfully taken on the challenge of Big, Bold, Long, Introverted built forms by the creative use of varying materials, colours, scale; a balance of solid and transparent forms; a juxtaposition of iconic façade features and signage elements.

As well as achieving the set planning principles, our designs create buildings that are a canvas for the unique expression of tenants’ style, product and signage and captures the attention and imagination of the passing consumer.
